We had a great experience at the hotel. The location was excellent and we loved the rooftop soaking tub. Our room, although small, was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff, although not all fluent in English, were helpful. The added breakfast option had a wide variety of Western and Japanese choices, making it a convenient start to the day. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near most of Kanazawa's attractions.
Everything was great! 👍

The central location is great for accessing all the tourist spots in the downtown area. The coffee served at the on-site café is impressive. It's great to stay within walking distance of key sightseeing spots.
The lack of control over the temperature in the room was uncomfortable.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the major attractions. You can easily walk to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment areas, ensuring you never run out of things to do. Opposite the hotel, there is a brand new mall that offers a range of shopping options, giving you plenty of opportunities to indulge in a little retail therapy. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to provide excellent service. From politely handling our late cancellation request to allocating rooms close to each other without us even asking, their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs was truly impressive. The rooms may be cozy but are well-equipped with all the basic amenities you need. From toiletries and yukata to a fridge and a pot for making tea, the hotel ensures you have everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
No significant drawbacks.

The hotel is located in a great spot to explore the city. It was easy to find good dinner options around the hotel and to reach major spots in the city. The room was clean and tidy. The on-site spa was relaxing and a nice addition to our trip.
The room was tiny and the bathroom was even smaller. There was hardly any space to move around and putting our luggage was a real challenge.

This hotel is located right in the center of town, making it perfect for exploring the shopping area and nearby sights. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the included breakfast at Seattle's Best Coffee in the lobby. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable, with large double beds.
No major issues, all was satisfactory.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location opposite a very new mall makes it convenient for sights and entertainment. It is also centrally located, making it easy to explore many tourist spots in the city. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained. I also appreciated the option of having rooms with separate beds, whether it's a larger double bed or two large single beds. Additionally, having breakfast included at Seattle's Best Coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.

Located in the downtown area, this hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and shops which allow you to indulge in the local delicacies. The staff is helpful and the security measures are top-notch ensuring that you have a safe stay. The rooms are bright and clean offering a beautiful view of the city. The coffee shop inside is a great spot to retreat from the busy streets outside.
The room size is worth mentioning as they are very small; however, as long as you don't plan on spending a lot of time indoors, this should not be a major issue.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The Jr bus line stop and samurai district were just a stone's throw away, and there were plenty of good restaurants and karaoke spots nearby. We even found a 100 yen shop and shopping mall right across the street. The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff provided excellent service. We were able to store our bags before check-in and the comfortable bed and pillows made for a restful night's sleep. The added touch of folded robes and an origami gift was a nice surprise. To top it off, guests had access to an onsen on the top floor, although those with large tattoos may not be able to use it. Toiletries were replenished daily and the room was serviced regularly. we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Everything was spot on! 👌🏻

Staying in this hotel was a great decision on my part. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to many excellent dining options and central to this city's downtown area. It was easily accessible to most places on the sightseeing list, and the hotel facilities were great. I was pleased to learn that the hotel had parking, and transportation was a breeze. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was a delight. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I had no complaints whatsoever.
Can't fault anything about it.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the main attractions, dining, and shopping areas. The staff at this hotel provide good service and are friendly. Despite the small size of the rooms, they are well-equipped with basic amenities like a double bed, TV stand, Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer.
The room size might be a bit small if you are carrying big luggage. The breakfast at Seattle's Best in the lobby was okay, but could be improved with more variety.

The location of Apa Hotel Kanazawa Chuo is unbeatable, with close proximity to all the main attractions in the city. I loved being able to easily explore the Nagamachi samurai district and Nishi Chaya district on foot. The hotel also has a fantastic spa, including hot-spring-fed outdoor baths on the rooftop, which were incredibly relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The room, although small, was comfortable and the English-speaking staff at the front desk were always helpful.
